15 runners with personal bests of sub 2:09 on start list – best ever depth in any German city marathon
The men’s elite field of this year’s Commerzbank Frankfurt Marathon will see the best ever depth in the history of German city marathon running. A remarkable number of 15 athletes with personal bests of sub 2:09 have entered the race, which will start on 25th October.

Minneapolis/St. Paul - Oct. 13, 2009 - Team USA Minnesota's Katie McGregor finished in fifth place, and Meghan Armstrong crossed the line in 12th among the American women competing at the USA Women's 10k Championship in Boston on Columbus Day. The race, hosted by the Tufts Health Plan 10k for Women, had a field of more than 7,000 women.

As many know, the banked track is one of the fastest in the U.S., having hosted the USATF Championships and the NCAA Division II Championships for many years. The track has played in integral part of numerous national high school records, as well as elite level national and world records.
